Man arrested after trying to shoot a man in Albany
A man now faces charges in connection with a shots fired incident from back in 2021 in Albany.

In March of ’21, 25-year-old Shmiel Hairston tried shooting another man, near Lark Street and Orange Street, Albany Police said.
No one was injured.
Hairston has been arraigned charges of attempted murder and criminal possession, and is now in Albany County jail.
