Man arrested for illegal trust fund withdrawals

Police have arrested a Johnstown man for allegedly withdrawing from someone else’s trust fund multiple times.
State police in Mayfield say 56-year-old Alan Millard of Johnstown stole more than $25,000 from November through this month while acting as the fund’s trustee.
Police say Millard did not have permission.
Police expect him back in Johnstown City Court next Tuesday to face charges of grand larceny.
