Man accused of sexual assault in Saratoga Springs

A man has been arrested, accused of assault in Saratoga County.
Joseph Freshwater is charged with sexual abuse in the first degree, Saratoga Springs police said.
The abuse happened last Sunday, and it was reported right after it happened, police said.
He was arraigned and sent to the Saratoga County Jail.
Police are asking anyone with information about Freshwater’s activities to give them a call.
