Man arrested for stealing from deceased person
A Colonie man faces charges this morning after being accused of stealing a large amount of money from someone no longer living.

State police say Roy Nestler has been arrested for felony grand larceny.
They say he took more than $500,000 from the estate of a deceased person while acting as the attorney for that estate.
Police say Nestler was released and his case has been waived to the Albany County Court.
