Man charged after being arrested twice in one day

A man from Granville is facing a long list of charges after he was arrested twice in the same day.
The first arrest came after reports of a domestic dispute on Monday.
State police tell us Richard Bourey had left the scene, but was arrested nearby, and charged with DWI. Troopers say his blood alcohol content was nearly three times the legal limit.
Hours after Bourey was arraigned and released he was arrested again for a second domestic incident at the same residence involving the same individuals.
