A man is charged with attempted murder and attempted assault in Kingsbury for allegedly trying to kill his brother.

Michael Kuster, 32, allegedly shot him twice on Kingsbury Road around 8 p.m. Friday, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said.

Some people at the home had been arguing, according to investigators.

The victim was flown to Albany Medical Center.

Kuster was sent to Washington County Jail.
