The man accused of using a brick to break windows of Albany Police cars, and a door at the police station in August was arraigned in Albany County Court on Thursday morning.

Laquan Brown, 24, of Albany, pleaded not guilty to four counts of criminal mischief.

He was caught on video tossing a brick at multiple police vehicles, police said.

Officers came out of the station and arrested Brown, but not before the vandalism was done.

The amount of damage was around $3,000.
