Man charged with public lewdness at Amsterdam Walmart

A Montgomery County man was arrested and charged with public lewdness as he allegedly followed a woman around Walmart.
Jonathan Gardiner of Pattersonville repeatedly exposed and touched his genitals while following a female customer around the Walmart in Amsterdam Saturday night, said investigators.
Video was reviewed and photos were taken by the victim, catching Gardiner in the act, investigators said.
He was arraigned and released.
