Man from Albany arrested in cocaine bust

An Albany man has been arrested, accused of possessing cocaine.
Rallah Rollins was arrested for driving while impaired by drugs, state police said.
Rollins was in possession of controlled substances, including cocaine, they said.
Rollins was issued tickets and released.
