Man indicted in Pittsfield movie theater robbery
The case of a man accused of stealing nearly $200 from a Pittsfield movie theater has been moved to Berkshire Superior Court.
Kyle Wilbur, 32, allegedly walked into the Beacon Cinema on North Street on Feb. 23 after 10 p.m. Police said he told a cashier that the money “wasn’t worth getting shot” over while holding a hand in his jacket, according to our media partners at The Berkshire Eagle.

Kyle Wilbur, 32, allegedly walked into the Beacon Cinema on North Street on Feb. 23 after 10 p.m. Police said he told a cashier that the money “wasn’t worth getting shot” over while holding a hand in his jacket.
Wilbur was arrested a short time later.
A Berkshire County grand jury indicted Wilbur earlier this month on charges of unarmed robbery and larceny.
Wilbur is being held on $10,000 bail.
