Man killed, another injured in Hadley crash

A Saratoga County man is dead after a crash Tuesday night in Hadley.

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says two men were riding on a three-wheeled motorcycle when it went off the road. It hit a tree, throwing both men from the motorcycle. It happened just before 8:30 p.m.

The crash killed the driver, 48-year-old Eric McFarlane.

His passenger, 45-year-old Dennis Mason, suffered serious injuries. Emergency crews had to fly him to Albany Medical Center.

The sheriff’s office says the accident is still under investigation.
