Man killed in Colonie motorcycle crash

A fatal motorcycle crash in Colonie is under investigation.
It happened just before 2 p.m. Friday on Cohoes Crescent Road.
Alexander Ortiz Jr., 74, was riding east on a motorcycle when he crossed into the westbound land and hit the car, police said.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, but police don’t think speed or impairment were factors, they said.
