Man pleads guilty to manslaughter after 2022 Albany shooting

A man has pleaded guilty to manslaughter in connection with an Albany shooting.
Laquan Fallen, 24, was facing a murder charge.
Fallen admitted he shot a man on Central Avenue and Robin Street last October. He said it was in self-defense.
Czsar Lewis was killed.
Fallen will be sentenced in September.
