A man was sentenced to 15 months in prison for stealing money from people in the Capital Region to ship overseas.
Kirtan-Kumar Dalwadi, 27, is a citizen of India.
He picked up hundreds of thousands of dollars in Niskayuna from victims scammed by people pretending to be law enforcement.
