18-year-old Chyna Forney was shot and killed in May 2021.

Police say 20-year-old Jahmere Manning was shooting at another man, when Forney was hit.

We spoke to Chyna’s family outside the court.

They say knowing manning will spend years in prison is comforting, but it will never be enough.

Manning admitted to firing 31 shots at another man, killing the high school student.

The man they believe is also responsible, 19-year-old Alvin Foy, has not entered a plea.
