Man sought in Troy wallet theft investigation

State Police are looking for help finding a man they say stole a wallet from a Hoffman’s Car Wash in Troy earlier this month.
He then allegedly used the credit cards at various locations in the Capital District.
The wallet was taken from the Hoffman’s on Hoosick Street on August 5, police said.
