A man police call a serial drunk driver has pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated.
Brandon McKinley pleaded guilty related to the 10 count indictment late Friday afternoon.
He has been arrested seven times for drunken driving over the last 14 years. He’s also been picked up by police three times for the same offense this year.
An Albany County judge revoked McKinley’s bail last month and sent him to jail.
In satisfaction to a 10 count indictment, McKinley pleaded guilty to three counts of driving while intoxicated.
When he is sentenced on November 15, he faces three to nine years in state prison.
He did have an opportunity to post bail and get out of jail while he awaits sentencing, but didn’t have the cash.
