Police: Masked man threatened people inside Oppenheim home
A man with a mask broke into an Oppenheim home and threatened the people inside with a gun, police said.
It happened back on September 5. State Police just released the information on Tuesday.
The suspect, Wayne Gallt, 64, was restrained by one victim, while another called 911.
Gallt was taken to the Fulton County Jail in lieu of bail.
Police later determined the weapon was a pellet gun, they said.
The suspect and the victim knew each other, police told NewsChannel 13, but did not have any type of personal relationship.
No one was hurt.
