The Village of Menands has lifted the emergency declaration to conserve water.
Officials say Troy has successfully rerouted the water and the village is now receiving a normal water flow once again.
On Monday, officials asked residents to conserve water because of the large water break in Lansingburgh.
The break is in a large main supply line, which delivers potable water to the Village of Menands.
