We’ve just learned that dozens of migrants flown from San Antonio to the bay state last month, are being certified as crime victims.

This allows those migrants to apply for special visas to remain in the U.S. they will be able to apply pending an investigation into the September 14th flight to Martha’s Vineyard.

A sheriff’s office in Texas is investigating the migrants being shipped off under false pretenses and could lead to a possible case of unlawful restraint, which is a misdemeanor charge.

The flight has been criticized as a political stunt by Florida governor Ron DeSantis.
