Mildred Elley, CDTA partner together in universal access program

Mildred Elley has joined CDTA’s Universal Access Program, as the partnerships continue.

The bus company says the new partnership connects students and staff from Albany’s Mildred Elley school with savings on transportation costs.

She is the latest partner out of more than two-dozen Capital Region colleges and businesses who benefit from the program with CDTA.
