A Milton man is accused of rape.

Sean M. Cherven, 38, allegedly forced someone to have sex back on March 19, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

Cherven was charged with felony first-degree rape. He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.
