Milton man faces drug charges after being found unresponsive  

A Milton man is facing charges after being found unresponsive in a vehicle.   

State Police responded to the area of Greenfield Road in Milton on Tuesday at around 11:48 a.m. for a report of an unresponsive person in a vehicle. The driver was identified as Kenneth E. Mineau II, 47. 

Police found felony-weight narcotics, other controlled substances and a glass smoking device containing drug residue in the vehicle, they said.  

Mineau was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, three misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance as well as driving while ability impaired by drugs.   

He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail.
