Montgomery County is getting equipment for schools and government buildings to help during high threat incidents.

The county is receiving $36,000 through a Homeland Security Grant.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the Montgomery County Emergency Services Office are working with school districts throughout the county to distribute the money.
