Moody’s has upgraded Russell Sage College’s credit rating from a “stable” to a “positive” outlook.

This is great news in a time when credit rating firms aren’t particularly positive about the higher education sector, the college said.

The college also plans to announce a partnership that will fill a gap left by the announced closure of Saint Rose.

The announcement is expected on Tuesday.
