Mother and her child are arrested, charged with theft from beauty store
An Albany mother and her child are arrested for allegedly stealing from a store in North Greenbush.

Police arrested 41-year-old Ketia Louis of Albany and her 14-year-old child, after getting a call from Ulta Beauty in the Van Rensselaer Square Plaza.
Police say the pair had stolen more than $2,000 worth of perfumes and cologne.
They found the two suspects at the Ulta in Latham, with the stolen property in their car.
Louis is facing charges including Grand Larceny.
The 14-year-old will appear on a felony Grand Larceny charge in family court.
