Motorcyclist killed after slamming into Colonie highway barrier
A motorcyclist died in a crash in the area of alternate Route 7 and the ramp to 787.
A motorcyclist was killed after crashing near State Route 7 and 787.
The crash happened Saturday evening, according to State Police.
Akiem Keele, 33, of Whitehall was speeding when he hit the dividing barrier of an exit ramp to the 787 interchange. He was pronounced dead at Albany Medical Center.
The road was closed for a time.
The crash remains under investigation.
