Three officers who the Albany Police Department want fired have now been named.

This was first reported by The Times Union.

Leonard Gaspary, John Polec and Joshua Sears are all accused of double punching at the police department as well as the Albany Housing Authority. Police Chief Eric Hawkins and Mayor Kathy Sheehan have said they want the trio gone.

Now a lawsuit from the city against the police union has revealed the names of the officers.
