National Grid is predicting lower winter heating bills this year.

Based on market conditions, residential natural gas heating bills are expected to decrease, the company said.

They are predicting the drop to be more than 18% for this season.

They say the decrease is because there has been more domestic natural gas production. There is also lower demand on the international market.
