Nearly 1,500 students graduate at Hudson Valley Community College

Nearly 1,500 graduates took part in commencement at Hudson Valley Community College this weekend.

It was held at the McDonough Sports Complex in Troy, in two separate ceremonies.

While graduates come from 40 countries, nearly 90% of Hudson Valley’s class of 2023 lives right here in the Capital Region, the school said.

Sixty graduates are either veterans or active-duty members of the military.
