When a plane crashed near Maxwell and Albany Shaker roads in Colonie on Monday morning, people in a nearby residential area said their homes shook.

One woman was out walking her dog when this plane went down.
Amazingly, no one who lives there was hurt. That’s either by accident or quick thinking by the pilot as she faced a scary crash.

People who live in the neighborhood just yards from the crash are used to small planes flying overhead, they said, but never thought one could go down there.
