The Albany Business Improvement District welcomed a new iced tea bottling facility to downtown.
Nani’s Iced Tea owner Maria Gallo uses the recipes she grew up making with her grandmother.
A ribbon-cutting was held at the new spot, located at 99 Pine Street.
Gallo almost shut down her iced tea business during the pandemic, said the Business Improvement District. Now she’s able to bottle her tea, and Whole Foods is ready to sell it.
Gallo is hoping to continue to expand her brand and share her tea with vendors throughout the Capital Region.
