New Asian barbecue restaurant opens in Niskayuna

There’s a new restaurant open for business in Niskayuna.

A ribbon-cutting was held Wednesday morning at Volcano Asian BBQ & Hot Pot on Nott Street.

This is business owner Briana Lin’s sixth Asian restaurant in the Capital Region to open over the last 10 years.

The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday’s from noon until 10:30 p.m.
