New balloon, party store officially opens in Albany

A new balloon business is taking flight in downtown Albany.
A grand opening celebrating was held Thursday at The Balloonary.
The balloon and party favor store is located at 449 Madison Avenue.
It is owned by Nina Young and Stephanie Turcotte.
The business took off during the pandemic, offering balloons for drive-by showers and parties, Zoom backdrops, and to brighten tough days for people.
