New Moreau brewery focuses on sustainable farming

Dancing Grain Farm Brewery in Moreau has now opened its doors. The team recently celebrated a ribbon-cutting.

The brewery is built and developed on co-founder Rachel McDermott’s family farm.
Along with focusing on crafting beers, the team has an eye towards sustainable farming to generate healthy crops to make those tasty brews.

Using the bounty harvested right from the fields, Dancing Grain’s beer line-up constantly changes thanks to seasonal ingredients.
