The developers converting The Adelphi Hotel in Saratoga Springs into residences offered a preview of the luxury condominiums.

The 79 apartments at The Residences at The Adelphi Hotel range from studio units up to three-bedroom units and range in price from $800,000 to $4 million. They include expansive outdoor living space and overlook a courtyard garden or Broadway. The apartments also include other amenities such as dog walking, spa services, wellness center and private parking.

The $75 million expansion and redevelopment project is spearheaded by developers Michael Dubb, founder and CEO of Beachwood Organization and businessman Larry Roth.
