New fitness court studio opens in Guilderland
A new fitness court studio is now open in Guilderland.

The opening ceremony was held Tuesday and is a partnership between Albany County, MVP Health Care, and national fitness campaign.
The goal is to offer free outdoor fitness.
The fitness court studio is a free open air wellness center which is twice the size of a standard fitness court larger than 2,000 square feet.
There is also additional space available for free exercise classes such as yoga, Pilates, and Zumba.
It’s located in Tawesentha Park.
There’s a free fitness court app which will act as a coach in your pocket for you to use.
