New market opens in downtown Saratoga Springs

The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated a ribbon-cutting for the highly anticipated opening of PDT Market in downtown Saratoga Springs.
The market offers a selection of groceries, specialty food items, grab-and-go lunch and dinner options, as well as floral and home decor products.
It’s owned by Chef Adam Foti.
He and his team have worked to develop an experiential space where customers can eat, shop and learn.
The space includes unique elements such as a build-your-own charcuterie board station, in-person cooking classes, hot and cold bar food options and a private event space.
