New video believed to show Proud Boys in Saratoga Springs

NewsChannel 13 has obtained a new video from the city of Saratoga Springs.
This new video reveals people wearing masks on their faces, and the signature black and yellow colors of The Proud Boys.
The Proud Boys are a group known as a hate group because of their views on race and gender.
The group was also recently seen over the weekend in Ballston Spa and Waterford.
Saratoga Springs Public Safety Commissioner Jim Montagnino is recommending the organizer of the parade to be charged with a violation for not getting a permit.
