New winery opening in Greenfield Center

A new vineyard and winery in Greenfield Center is getting ready to open.
Fossil Stone Vineyards & Winery will hold a ribbon-cutting Friday morning.
It joins Fossil Stone Farms, a horse operation which opened in 2014.
The vineyard will be open for visits and private parties. It is located on Grange Road in Greenfield Center.
Fossil Stone first started making wine in 2014. It is available at several Saratoga County stores, and the Saratoga Farmers Market.
