New York state doubling number of retail dispensary licenses

New York is doubling the amount of available retail dispensary licenses in the state.
Dispensary licenses will increase to 300, the Office of Cannabis Management said on Thursday morning.
It will go from seven to 14 in the Capital Region.
OCM says they have received about 900 applications for licenses.
