First on 13: State police investigating allegations against Saratoga Springs fire chief

The New York State Police is now investigating allegations made against the Saratoga Springs fire chief.

As was reported First on 13, Saratoga Springs had officially filed 16 charges of misconduct against Fire Chief Joseph Dolan.
