A Niskayuna man has pleaded guilty to unlawful surveillance.

Ramar Martin admitted he intentionally used to surreptitiously view under the clothing being worn by a 12-year-old girl, according to the Schenectady County Court.

He’ll now spend up to four years in state prison, and must register as a sex offender once he’s released.
