North Adams man indicted on 51 counts alleging child sexual abuse
A Berkshire County man has been arraigned on a 51-count indictment in what the judge called one of the worst child sexual abuse cases he has ever seen.
Brian Warner, 37, is facing charges including aggravated rape, rape by force, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years old, posing a child in a sexual act and possessing child pornography, according to the Berkshire County District Attorney’s Office.
Police discovered 54,000 images on multiple devices, said investigators, some of which were child sexual assault materials.
Warner, who was living in North Adams, is currently free after posting bail.
If found guilty, he faces up to life in prison.
