Northumberland man charged with raping underage child

A Northumberland man is facing rape charges.
State police say 36-year-old Siatar Creech had sex with a child under 17 multiple times this year in the town of Moreau.
Creech was arraigned at the Ballston Spa Village Court and released on his own recognizance.
