Police identify man shot by Johnstown officers on Sunday
A man was fatally shot by police in Johnstown on Sunday.
Officers were called to a Washington Street home around 8 a.m.
Nathan Wood, 28, entered an apartment there, and hit the property owner with a hammer, police said.
He was shot after allegedly doing the same thing to an officer.
Wood was pronounced dead at Nathan Littauer Hospital.

The officer and the property owner were also taken to the hospital, and are expected to be OK.
