Operation Green Light honors veterans in Schenectady

Operation Green Light is underway in Schenectady County as a way to show veterans they are seen, appreciated and supported.
The program raises awareness about the challenged faced by many veterans and the resources that are available for help.
The train station, Key Hall and the Schenectady Municipal Parking Garage will be lit up in green through Nov. 13.
You’re also encouraged to do the same. You can participate by simply changing one light bulb in your house to a green bulb.
