Owner of Saratoga Springs restaurant fought hard for success
Sara Ali, the owner of Sara’s Kitchen in downtown Saratoga Springs, fought so hard to open her restaurant and make it a success. She was even on the verge of selling one of her kidneys.
Sara Ali, the owner of Sara’s Kitchen in downtown Saratoga Springs, fought so hard to open her restaurant and make it a success. She was even on the verge of selling one of her kidneys.
Ali was working as an electrical engineer and making good money. However, when she realized her true passion was cooking and feeding others, she quit her job to focus on opening her restaurant.
It caused a tremendous stress on her and her family. When it came time to pay the bills, Ali was prepared to sell a kidney to make ends’ meet.
Fortunately, that wasn’t necessary. She opened up and business has been great.
