Pair charged in Moreau home burglary

Two people are facing charges in connection to a home burglary in Saratoga County on Monday.
Police responded to reports of a burglary-in-progress, at a Moreau home.
The suspects — Deborah Moses, 58, and Justin Pardick, 40, — ran off before troopers arrived, police said.
The pair was eventually taken into custody following a traffic stop. Moses also faces drug possession charges.
