The so-called Palazzo Riggi may soon have a new owner.

The Times Union is reporting the owners of the former home of Ronald Riggi and his wife Michelle entered into a sales contract with a buyer over the weekend.
The home of the former businessman and philanthropist hit the market at just under $18 million.
The paper reports a proposed closing date is set for December 7th.
